Similarly to The proceedings of all previous conferences, the proceedings of NGMAST2013 will be published by Conference Publishing Services (CPS). As a result of the agreement, CPS will:

  • Market and promote to more than 100,000 IEEE Computer Society members worldwide, university and technical libraries, major technical booksellers and wholesalers;
  • submit the publication to the IEEE Computer Society online store;
  • Arrange for indexing through IEE INSPEC, EI (Compendex), Thomson ISI, and other indexing services;
  • Submit the publication for archiving to IEEE-Xplore and the IEEE Computer Society (CSDL) digital libraries.

Additionally, Extended version of selected papers will be published as special Issue of International Journal on Handheld Computing Research (IJHCR). Two Special Issue from NGMAST 2011 are already in press and one issue from NGMAST2012 is in preparation.
